Has anyone tried supplements of Lion's Mane Mushroom?? My daughter tried it and it has an extremely calming effect
on her. We told her Psych Dr. at the COE today, and he says he will be looking into, it. It you want to research it, please refer to the link above, and let me know if you've heard of it or tried it yourselves.
