My husband recently said that there was a time when he felt he had all he needed to succeed in life. He had all the tools. Then he started to feel like he didn't have that and feels like he doesn't now. So heartbreaking. I know God will give us all we need though to succeed with His plans. We aren't the only ones to go through this. People with HD aren't the only ones to deal with these struggles. There are other diseases, such a brain tumors and other tragedies such as car accidents that can have similar effects. Knowing they make it through and even thrive and have good days helps give me hope. I am also very thankful that we live in America. I can't imagine being in a third world country and dealing with this.
