Hi! I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on the best products to manage urinary incontinence. What adult diapers are the best to buy? most absorbent? I have a family member who is recently in need and we don't know what to get...any help would be appreciated. thanks!

If it's just urinary maybe even feminine pads might work. Otherwise I'm not sure what diapers to recommend.

An early article that Steve wrote about ten years ago deals with incontinence: [www.hdlf.org]

Hello, for my husband ,we started him on adult pull-ups ,and at one point tried the taped full pad like a diaper
but found they fell off and got twisted badly, making it un comfy ,and also they were constantly wearing out
on the back side from his wiggling.
So imo ,the pull -ups worked good and for years he could do it himself .they have a elastic waist type fit ,and stay on better
We found no difference in quality of product between name brand and store brand we bought at walmart there
no name brand.
