It was a long day today. Mark lost his wallet and ended up stranded at Walmart with a cart full of groceries and no way to pay. He called me but I was at work then called our daughter at school and she came and rescued him. Just so much drama, every day. I was feeling discouraged. Anyway. then I brought the mail in and found my daughter had joined HDYO and ordered bracelets for herself and her sister. I had been hinting that they should check out the website but didn't think they had listened. I am so happy they are reaching out to other teens. Yay!

Using an educational video from HDYO, [en.hdyo.org], as the introduction for this year's HD pitch to the advance placement biology classes at the local high school here in the south of Maryland. Really neat as it will be young people talking to young about HD which will break the ice rather than an old man working his way through a bunch of definitions.

Atta girl for your daughter for getting involved.
