was wondering if anyone else is having problems with Accredo in ordering Xenazine refills. Have spent more than an hour over 8 different calls in trying to get through. Tried their web site which requires a member number which we don't have or want.

Finally called Lundbeck, they energized someone at Accredo in Florida who called me, circumventing their normal procedure. Hell of a way to run a railroad. One would expect better and more responsive customer service for the price we are paying.

Life in this small world of ours is difficult without putting up with this kind of (*&^%E.

guess it pays to get vocal every once in awhile. Xenazine information center, 888.882.6013, got involved. They changed our provider from Accredo to Pharmacare - seems we were not the only ones that had problems with Accredo.
