Hello
I haven't posted in awhile. I'm very sad because my brother in law who has suffered from HD for 20 years is dying. He now lays in bed not speaking, not eating , and for the first time in a long time he is still. No chorea. We are thankful that soon he will suffer no longer from this horrible disease. I wish the disease would end here but my husband has the gene and my 3 children are at risk. I just wanted to share with those who understand this pain.

Terilyn so sad to hear the news. You are a trooper and I am sure your shoulders have carried and continue to carry a heavy burden. I'll be thinking about you and your family.

So sorry to hear this and the others at risk. I know how devastating this can be and it just seems to go on and on. So sorry he has had to suffer so long. Praying for a peaceful transition for your Brother in Law and a cure for all those currently suffering and at risk! I think the answer is out there. SOMEONE has the key, and please know that we are supporting their efforts in every way possible. Drug trials, financially, raising awareness, and prayer!!!!!
