I just wanted to tell everyone about the supplements I’m taking.

A teaspoon of Trehalose with coffee once daily.
Fish oil alternated with cod liver oil and coconut oil. I feel that has really helped with movements.
Blueberry extract in pill form.
I recently started back taking vitamin c caplets which has helped me with stability. I found myself bumping into things and when I started the vit c that has improved. It has also lifted some of the brain fog as well.

and Melatonin

Laura,

I'm glad those are working for you. There are two great things about supplements for HD: 1. They're virtually free of side effects and 2. They're a lot cheaper than most drugs!

Hi Laura

There is human HD study with Green Tea, results will be published 2014.
But they use high dosage of EGCG, which ist decaffeinated Green Tea.
1200mg daily max.
[clinicaltrials.gov]

something like this, but mg written on the bottle. 400mg is the weight of the capsules and 200 mg amount of EGCG in each capsules
[www.iherb.com]

If someone wants to try this out, on your risk, I m not a biologist or scientist. I just write what I`ve read.
Maybe good idea to start with lower dosage.
