A new study showed a significant cognitive benefit from eating blueberries or strawberries. The study was just women, but I'm sure it would apply to men also. [www.haccpeuropa.com]

My problem is I can't always keep fresh blueberries, strawberries or much if any fresh fruit. I don't eat it fast enough. I started to freeze what starts to go bad and use it in a morning smoothie. I get my fruit juice from Trader Joe's and blueberry juice concentrate from Traversebayfarms.com But one thing about the fruit juices, it is has allot of sugar, so I only drink it a few times a week.

Trader Joes carries Freeze Dried blueberries, which I think have even LESS sugar. I've seen them at Target too. They're crunchy and no added sugar. We also do acai berry here, in smoothies. I wonder if there's research on this? Will, I remember you from 6 years ago. Glad to hear you're doing well!

I'm still doing well. Supplements and exercise are working for me. I'll be running in a 50 mile race in two weeks. I'm terribly slow at my age, but I'm still at it!

Will, you can probably finish 50 miles before I could finish 5.

Good luck!!

Will,
thanks for posting your supplements. I ordered some online to try with Tim. Keeping fingers crossed.

Take it easy,
