insomnia and historectomy update
March 28, 2012 02:29PM
hi I just thought I would post since its been awhile.I hope everyone one on the forum is doing well. Im hanging in there I guese.
a long time ago I tried iodine and it made my period lighter so I decided to try it again instead of getting the operation. sure enough it worked.
now my periods are normal agiain. heavy but not dangerouse. it must have shrunk the fibroids.
another thing i tried is going off seroquel and on melatonin which a dr reccommended to me a while ago. it actually works and helps me fall
asleep after 20 years of insomnia.

Amazing! It must be so refreshing to be able to sleep again. Sleep is so important to our health and specifically: brain function. You must be on I'm on cloud 9
