Hello. Are there things we should avoid with HD. I'm talking foods, drinks, medication, etc. Also, are there things we should add to our daily life that may benefit us. I saw the youtube video and it was most interesting.

there is a list of suggested supplements somewhere. I dont remember off the top of my head. i am am taking fish oil and trehulose
and cocunut oil. and its always good to eat right and excercise.
some people find ssri antidepressants helpful. and I would be very careful before starting medicine just in case.
even supplements I like to start low.
