Hey guys and gals.

I just had a report that someone had to log back in everytime they closed their browser.

Neither Marsha and I are having that problem.

I believe that if the cookies persist between browser sessions then everyone should stay logged in.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I stay logged in til I clean out cookies on two PCs. Wonder if that person has set their cookies to clear in private browser mode or something.

Hi Steve1,

I keep having to reset my password to get in. I think this is the website, but who knows it could be me.

Hey Edwina, how r u doing? smiling smiley I have an idea. If you leave the forum, and come back right away, does it happen then? Or only if you've been gone for a few hours? If it just happens when you've been gone for a few hours, your computer might be set up to clean up cookies every night, and if that's what it is, you can change your settings for that.

Barb,

I couldnt get into the support center, I could not sign in. I have used the same password since I started in 2007. This never happen before, but everything is new so there may be a glitch or two, or maybe it is my computer. I will try again to sign in tomorrow and see what happens. I uselly just read and not sign in. .

Thanks for the thoughts on the computer setting, I should check that tomorrow.

Edwina
