I have not been here for quite awhile and I was just thinking about Teresa. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to you and your boys. I think you took such good care of Teresa and have done so much for everyone on here. God Bless you and the boys. I hope you are able to get some rest.

Reading many posts on this forum for the past couple of months, yours are always very logical, understanding, caring, positive, loving and full of strength. The way you write about your family and the courage you give to many on this site shows that are a very kind and remarkable person..

I hope this strength that you have shown is still within you and will help you get through this rough time- because as "relieved" as we may be that their suffering is finally over, they will always be missed.. May you keep your wife alive with all the beautiful memories you have had together..

I had a dream about you and Teresa last night and in my mind saw the photos that you had taken with her 5?? years ago... except in my dream she was not affected by HD anymore and it was a shock to everyone. I haven't even visited this site in years, but that dream is what brought me here today. So, I was surprised (or maybe not surprised) to see your post. I know you and I have had our ups and downs downs Downs, but those things sometimes happen in life and I still wanted to offer my prayers and thoughts to you and the boys. You were my best friend and a source of tremendous support and strength during one of the worst times of my life and for that I will always be grateful and wish you the best. I'm glad to read that T passed peacefully and I pray that you and the boys are able to find some peace for yourselves in the coming weeks. Take care of YOU. You deserve it.
