Yes, definitely. In my opinion, either antisense oligonucleotides or RNAi is going to be our virtual cure. Research in both areas is proceeding very fast.

This is exciting. But I suppose it wouldn't reverse any symptoms of someone who's affected. But exciting non-the-less and I love hearing about these possibilities!

It might, Eve. When the HD gene was turned off in the HD mice, they had substantial recovery; the disease didn't just stop progressing.
