Hello folks

How many bluebery Concentrate caps are equal to 1 cup of blueberries?

I prefer capsules, but dont know the dosage.

the caps we have say 800mg and I was told that 2 caps is equal to 1 cup of blueberry.

Is that a roundabout way of saying you need 1600mg if you are taking the pill instead of downing a cup of blueberries?
