Can anyone tell me the best drug(s) to improve the memory of someone with HD?

Fresh air, regular exercise and food so fresh the roots are in the ground. If you have a little new challenge each day to learn, your memory will do better.

there really isn't a certain medication that will help. there are things like video games focused at mind and memory that can help. Keeping the brain busy seems to be the best way to maintain memory. Learning new ways to remember, such as when meeting a new person, repeat their name several times over and over(not in front of them) helps me. I used to think reading helped but I've gotten to the point where I can't remember what I read the night before.

My wife took Articept, but I'm not sure if the memory benefit was significant. Vitamin B-12 is supposed to help.
