I am taking the liberty of pasting in an important message from Jean Miller (Thank you, Jean!):

"For those that didn't know, HDSA launched an on-line survey [in the last few weeks] on their website for families seen by an HDSA Center of Excellence [CoE] to provide feedback on their experience.

Louise Vetter is a very strong believer in feedback being an invaluable tool that can only help strengthen HDSA. Overall there are 59 questions that give you an excellent opportunity to provide confidential feedback to HDSA National on your experiences at a CoE, including being able to rate the services you've received as well as provide your suggestions for things that you would like to see provided.

So, whether you've attended an HDSA Center of Excellence once, or are seen by a CoE on an on-going basis, please take the time to complete this very IMPORTANT survey!

HDSA will be sending out postcards shortly for CoE's to provide to their families, asking them to take the survey. However, if you are an HD Support Group leader, please check with your families who do not have access to a computer to see if they would like your assistance completing the survey. If possible, bring a laptop to your next support group meeting and ask them take the survey on-line.
