Q: lateral eye movement and HD

Hi Guru's,
It's been a long time since my last post and I hope this finds everyone well. I read quite frequently but refrain from posting as I have not undergone testing yet.

My question is this:
I have recently been feeling very fatigued and unbalanced (HD unrelated not tested) so I went to the doc for a sinus infection. I was then refered to a ENT specialist. He tested my vision, inner ear, nasal etc... he noticed that my bi-latteral eye movement was irregular and suggest me to go for additional audio/visual tests... He suggested that my fatigue could be related to the excessive brain cycles I am doing to maintain my balance and regulate stability... Sounded interestingly familiar but unrelated...

Basically said that when my eyes tracked up and to the left, they studdered a couple times before tracking and focusing on his target fingers...

Could this potentially be a sign early sign HD or something else ???

Trying not to worry as I don't know whether to go for the additional testing or cancel the appointment all together...

All the best,
LP

Slopw saccadic eye movements are pathognomic (symptomatic) of HD. Howver, I've had them for more than 20 years and am otherwise asymptomatic for HD at the age of 65 with a CAG repeat of 37. The last HD neurologist that I saw said that my "cas" is atypical.

I don't have HD, and when I'm tired and fatuged, I have an eye twitch.

Sinus infections can take out your balance with inner ear infections.

Not everything is HD related.
