White Mucus

Hi,

Just had a question - my husband has had HD for approximately 15 years
and does pretty well considering the length of time he has had it.

He said in the last 4-5 months he seems to have "white stuff" in his
throat-mouth that looks like string cheese.

He just told me yesterday. I am trying to figure out if this is part of HD or if it could be something else I need to check into.

If it is part of HD is there anything any of you are aware of that may help?

Thank you.

Sharon

Is your husband on a liquid diet of Jevity or being tube fed with something else? When my father in law was being tube fed he brought up a LOT of white. I believe he's reguritating the liquid.. Just a thought. Pat

Pat-
We are fortunate and he is able to eat anything I can. He is, however,
starting to choke some.

Thank you for your thought though.
