At first reading, this certainly looks like good work and it fits in with previous research. Axonal transport is an area that needed more investigation.
The more I see about what goes wrong in HD, the more I am hoping for RNAi or antisense treatments that are safe and effective because those will target the expression of the gene and stop all of the problems.
Still, there appears to be a target for treatment here.
