I drink the Crystal Light or Lipton green teas every day. There are different flavors that are yummy and help me to drink plenty of fluid!

Does it make any difference what kind of green tea is used? If not, I'll be off to the supermarket today to get some! Thanks DB grinning smiley

Like all of us , i have read about Green Tea a lot . And I believe I remember Marsha mentioning it a while back . Patty I don't know if it has to be a special Green Tea . I know some teas are like vegetables , if you grow the plant on healthy , mineral rich soil , it has more nutrients . I also just read it might be good for sleep apnea . I also noticed it talks about Green Tea extract , so is the tea , the same ? My best . db

yes curious to see what kind of green tea is acceptable? my son loves those 16 oz bottles of green tea, (i think they are gross!), the ones he drinks have lots of sugar, does this negate the benefit?

I don't know if my source is a good one, but the man at GNC said that as long as the green tea has the caffine, it should be beneficial.
