When I eat carbs, a while later I usually get hot flashes or my body cycles to too hot. I have been looking at the function of the liver to see which part of the heating dysfunction is from the brain,and which part might be from the liver. I also don't sleep at night but that has gone on for a long time, reinforced by the fact that the kids had our computer for homework, and my internet access was free after midnight.a nature-nuture event.
