There are hundreds of different Creatine brands. Is there a difference? What about Creatine by Avicena - Neotine. They claim it is utra pure. Since Avicena is doing the creatine study do you think it is better.

ChiTom, that is what I am taking. I ordered a 6 month supply from them and currently take 10g per day. It is a bit more expensive than other stuff I have looked into though. They claim it is a pharmacy grade stuff. When I looked at the creatine you can get from the store it looked like it had more added ingredients in it, I figured if they were part of the research it probably is the best stuff but who really knows.

There is also on the market a novel form of creatine, creatine ethyl ester that is claimed to be more easily absorbed than the standard creatine monohydrate form - ref(http://www.realsolutionsmag.com/ezine/44/issue44b.asp). Has anyone tried that?
