hi my name is eric i am doing a research project for a bio class and we need an interview. so i hope to have some one answer my questions.
What is it like to have HD?
What is it like caring for someone with HD?
what are the newest advances of curing HD?
and around what years of some ones life does it strike?

i would appreciate it if some one would answer my questions in a couple days. i have done the backround work to find out about it scientifically. i just would like to know some other real life stories.

thanks,

What is it like and what is it like to care for someone with HD? Click on Personal Stories from the HDAC Home Page.

What are the newest advances for curing HD? There is no cure but progress is being made Click on Science and Research from the HDAC Home Page.

And around what age can it strike? Babies have been born with HD and Juvenile HD is more comon than generally though. People with HD have died that never showed any symptoms. However diagnosis takes place generally when someone has reached the age of 40.
Click on Questions about HD and then click on "What Causes HD"? You'll find some answeres there.
