Well this was interesting. Yesterday on our news it said that new research shows that three cups of coffee a day is good for warding off alzheimers. It said that coffee has something in it that helps eat up the protein clumps in the brain, and we know that we get that with hd too, so this was not only interesting, but the kind of research I like lol, cus I love my coffee

It's nice to know that you can allow yourself simple (and often much needed!) pleasures, like your coffee...
without feeling guilty!
