Could someone tell me what is the address of the HD center of excellence in LA or tell me where to find it on the website?

My cousin is displaying all the symptoms and his siblings are worried about him. The doctor he went to brushed off any idea of HD. My cousins' father had "Alzheimers" according to another probably unknowledgeable doctor. But my grandma had HD and many of her siblings, and my dad had it and my brother died of it. So my advice to them is to take him to this center and see what a doctor thinks there. Do they charge a lot of money? He is all out of money and hasn't been able to work. Would they give him the gene test and base the cost on his ability to pay?
