Great blog!

I don't post much but I read almost everything that pertinent to me. I am 47, living at-risk, but i know have it. My anxieties are just like yours. I have a hard time focusing. I don't stress about HD, but almost every minute I am worrying about what people are thinking about me. I am going to try Lexapro.

I spill almost a drink a day. Are you on anything for your movements?

No I am not on anything for my movements. And most people dont notice my movements or think they are purposeful.
I drop stuff all the time too as my brain signal breaks and forgets its holding something...Lexapro worked well for me.
