creatine and co10 - personal usage

I have been taking co 10 on my own and wondered if there is feedback on creatine too or instead of. Are there other recommendations to keep early stages at bay.

It is my understanding that CoQ10 hasn't been shown to be quite so promising as what was once thought. That's not to say it's not beneficial, but the cost to benefit ratio doesn't seem to be that great. Creatine seems to be used by more people on this board and it isn't that expensive. My hubby is taking both right now (part of the coQ10 is to see if it helps with his cholesterol) as well as fish oil, blueberry pills, and trehalose. Look in the search area for Will and also Smiling Sara's supplement ideas. There has been some other recent talk about coconut oil, but I think the jury is still out on that.

My husband used to be in a clinical trial for COQ10, I wonder if they are still looking for people to participate. I haven't read any recent research regarding it, but might be worth checking it out.
